HOW CAN I FIND "Server Name" in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express .. ?

I installed "Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express "in my computer .. but they require first connect the database with" Server Name ", but I am not able to find the server name in my computer .. For more information I have. NET also in my computer and there is a server name in dat .. I written the name as dat but im nt able to connect .. so how can I find my server name through pc .. ? I try to write the name of server also dat "View" menu goin 'Registered Servers ".. . AND YUP .. I also went into the SQL Server Configuration Manager> Right click on SQL Server> Properties> Service Tab> The value for HOST NAME .. It was the same as IN. "NET" and "Properties Computer MU ".. but still going on .. nothng yet am not able to connect .. .. So how can I start my databases now I want d0 .. or How can I find my server name in pc .. ? plz help me .. MIT (INDIA)
