How to restore my Toshiba Laptops origional factor settings?
I just bought a laptop off of th shelf and was wondering how i could bring it back as if it was turned on for the first time and get the defalt settings that it came with.
Hold F9 during the bios splash screen during boot process and it will take you to System Restore and through certain steps and reinstalling this should put your computer back to when it was Brand New. There is a small separate partition from the manufacturer that has your factory settings and Operating System and BE SURE NEVER TO DELETE THIS PARTITION in WIndows because the only way to get it back is to send it off to Toshiba. Believe me, I have done this before on accident.
