Does anyone know of ISPs in the UK any that do not require a contract?
I am looking to set up Internet service in the UK and I am interested in finding a company that does not require a contract. I am interested in TalkTalk and BT, but they both look like they need 12 or 18 month contract.
everyone seems to require a contract. Virgin seems to do without a contract, but there is a provision that, if you have less than a year, you may be charged for a whole year, so not worth it. as a contract then really. when I in the UK last year we had aol, it came with a free wireless router and a £ 15 a month for 1MB broadband. it was quite good, and quite cheap. they had a 12 months contract if. I think it's inevitable really. TalkTalk as I stay away from them ive heard a lot of bad press about them, im surprised they are still really operatiing. .
